At Creative BIM Services our aim is to create a services firm that makes the best use of technology and opportunities created by globalization, to create value for our clients. Creative BIM Services as an MEP, architecture & Structural outsourcing firm in 2019 with a single client and 5 employees. For the first few years the focus of the company was in establishing itself as an MEP services provider of distinction on the Middle East. Our clients were small to medium to large sized MEP, architecture firms primarily in India & gulf countries.

Levering our experience of working with some of the top MEP firms in India, we established a unique outsourcing methodology built on an onsite & offsite team supported by the latest technology tools to deliver the highest value for our clients in providing BIM services.

Our work experience helped us create a unique set of services for the market under the banner of Design Management Services (DMS). Architects, Engineers and Production staff in Creative BIM Services have worked on various international BIM and AEC projects and have a sound knowledge of global BIM standards and codes. Residential, Mixed Use, Airport, Educational, Healthcare, Institutional, Hospitality, Workplaces.
